Thank you all for the kind words, thoughts and prayers. I'm sad to say that Tom (The_Outlaw) passed away Monday morning. He was 38 years old and is survived by his wife and 3-year old son.

There has got to be a way to find Mark and see if the family needs anything, a donation to Tom's young boy's education of something for his wife and child.

I am certain the extended handicapping family here would be very supportive in any efforts.

Perhaps we can have some discussion on that boys.

My heartfelt condolences to Mark and Tom's family.
He will certainly be missed.

Tragic loss, especially in a way like this

I hope that fucking box that caused this accident realises what he's done and gets everything that's coming to him !!! 

Sorry about the language but you probably feel the same way. I know a couple of people as well that have been killed by drunk drivers and until people learn that it is not 'cool' to drink and drive this tragedy is going to repeat itself over and over again

yeah it's pissing me off too, I can not believe there are still people out there that are dumb enough to drive drunk and the worst part is the driver usually ends up surviving - I hope Tom's wife sues this drunk driver or that he spends his life in prison
