I have been following along with this whole thread. I had to go back and see for myself that the post written by the family man preaching responsibility and rising above and all the other posts talking shit and ruining this thread were written by the same person. I'm no shrink but I think thats an issue.

Sandals please revert back to the wise older man for a while.

hey detox, didnt u say u have a golden retriever? if so i dont think u need a pinch collar. pinch collars are usually for pitbulls,rotties and shepards. retrievers are not aggressive by nature but they will pull you down the street on a walk if they are not properly trained on walking. if i am correct on this assumption maybe try some intense obedience training with him. your dog must respect you at all times or it could become a problem. GL with everything man.

i would love to get my shepard to this point. she is usually very friendly but will show aggression the odd time if she feels threatened.i understand this is normal for dogs but it can be hard for me to snap her out of it.she usually listens for my voice command on any given situation(i have done professional training with her) but sometimes she is so focussed on something/someone that it takes a few extra commands and snaps on the choke collar to snap her out of it.

Yeah, he's 7 months 95 lbs. The vet said it's the biggest for his age that she's seen. He pulls my girl. He'll listen to me. It's hard to transfer the respect he gives me to other people.

Detox, seems like this discussion is constantly changing subjects but I want to say I spent a good little while reading this thead and I just want to wish you all the best in all of your pursuits in life. You seem like a stand-up guy and one who does have self control and will-power. We all have our vices and it is extremely hard to stop everything all at once. I used to smoke a rediculous amount of weed but I decided that I needed to stop. Now it`s been a little bit over two years since and at the beginning I did not think their would be any way I could last. In time you don`t think about it as much, and in the end you will feel like you are a better person for making these life choices. That one guy who posted some nonsense and then started to redicule you is a complete douchebag queef stain and it really surprised me that he would come into this thread and say those kinds of things out of nowhere. Whether it is on the internet or face to face, you should never bring someone down when they are not in a good place.

I hope you take things slow and that everything works out for the best.

  my dogs best friend (boyfriend) is actually a golden retriever, he is about 2 yrs old and weighs about 90 lbs. they play and kiss the whole time when they are together! its fricken hilarious.

But - in re-reading, I respect the thread for what it is.  There are many levels of soul discovery.   One level is empathy - I want to point out that I am disappointed in myself for not giving that level more credence.  It was very egocentric of me.  Sorry - I guess I am at a different level and being ego-centric.  I am truly sorry.  Its easy to type and use that as an outlet.  I used to berate people, I now know that one of my regressive states is typing or yelling or calmly condescending to others.  Very sorry.  Seriously.  I'm a time bomb if there are no consequences.  F-ing ridiculous.... Ashamed am I

buy two 8th of shrooms and walk 2 miles into a forest without your phone. Set up a tent. Bring food, water, etc. Don't bring your cell phone. Take the boomers and start analyzing your life. Sometimes you need to be very fucked up to figure out the path you want to take. Native Americans used to do this all the time and called them vision quests. Last time I took shrooms I became a much better person. I reflected on my likes and dislikes and made necessary changes. I thought for a while how I was a good baseball player and should be in the MLB. That change never happened though.

Native Americans still do this, sans the shrooms. Though some in the sothwest & Meheeco still use peyote for visions.
