Olympics opening ceremony today, anyone believe something’s going to happen?

I liked the London Olympic opening ceremony compared to the one that china put together. Some parts of the ceremony were cool. What ever the thing was about the nightmare was weird. The intro was good and I thought the Mr. bean cameo was kinda funny. The parts that stood out to me is when they lit up the torches around a triangle and how all the lights are triangles.

Great opening?

To each his own, but I thought it was mostly lame. The NSA? A bunch of kids jumping in bed with dancing nurses and doctors? 

The forging of the ring was cool along with the "Industrial Age" display. The British music scene through the modern age was decent at best.

If they wanted to focus on British accomplishments, there were better alternatives imo. the Magna Carta, the royal Navy... "Brittania rules the waves," and the many facets of her diversity from her commonwealth, would be some ideas for a better intro imo.

I'm a fan of Ab Soul. Gone insane is his best work IMO.

You could be right. I’m glad people exposed it, so innocent people didn’t have to die. Who knows what’s fact or fiction anymore. The only people, who think nothing is going on, live in a bubble. The greatest illusion ever sold was the illusion of coincidence, free will, and choice.
