You have any stats to back that nonsense claim up? There are millions and millions of arrests and calls every year. Even if we heard of 100 REALLY BAD ONES a day, it still would be a minuscule number in comparison.

The story happened almost 4 years ago. This link does give a little of the aftermath. Are some lawsuits pending, but otherwise it looks like not much happened to the cops who perpretrated this. One was arrested for domestic violence 3 years after the incident.
Not sure where it states this kid was autistic. Suicidal yes. Still doesn't excuse what the police did in this or how it was handled afterward by the department either.
