Just started using this service last weekend. Great mixes, one of the best music services I have ever used.
Has anyone subscibed to the pay service for Pandora? The free one is the only one I have used, curious to see if the pay service is worth the purchase.
I'm on Pandora from 8am-5pm. It's a great way to get through your work day. They used to make you pay $1 a month after listening up to 40 hrs but now it's free.
If you do pay for the service, I think you get unlimited skips and no ads. I personally don't mind the free version of it.
Not only do they have music, but stations of comedians. Can't go wrong with Carlin, Gaffigan, Burr, Louis CK, and Tosh. Funny stuff.
I work in the operating room and music is an absolute must to make a nice working environment. Pandora One (the pay version) is amazing. 36 bucks a year and for my purposes absolutely worth it.
Not unlimited skips but not a single commercial. I noticed that the commercials were increasing in number before I started paying. It's just nice to have no music interruptions. Depending on what your needs and uses are it can be totally worth the reasonable fee.
Other people I know use it for parties as background music or dance music.
