Carlos Boozer recalling the time he rented his house to Prince:&#xD;&#xA;Boozer described the house as &#x201C;a monster.&#x201D; He said it was 18,000 square feet with about 10 bedrooms. Meaning, it sounds just like the sort of place that would fit Prince.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Initially, he didn&#x2019;t want to lease the house, but when his real estate agent told him that it could go for $90-100,000 per month, he quickly changed his mind. Boozer said Prince offered to lease it for $95,000, and he accepted. Of course.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Boozer said the property had a basketball court on the roof and that he&#x2019;d see Prince out there all the time. Can Prince play basketball? Boozer said he only saw him shoot around, but that &#x201C;he had a nice little jump shot.&#x201D;&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;What Prince wore while hooping, according to Boozer (who couldn&#x2019;t recall what shoes he wore): &#x201C;Sweats, a T-shirt, had his hair done nice. It was Prince, he always looked fly.&#x201D;&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Prince knew who Boozer was before meeting him. Boozer said Prince told him he had watched him as a young guy coming out of Duke. Incredibly cool.&#xD;&#xA;Boozer on the renovations that Prince made to his house without telling him (get ready for these highlights): 1) The front gate was changed so much that Boozer drove up and down the block because he thought he was at the wrong house. Prince placed his logo front and center where Boozer previously had two lions. 2) Pillars were painted purple. 3) Huge purple rug on the marble stairs in the front with his logo on it. 4) &#x201C;Purple Rain down the driveway.&#x201D; 5) Italian cream carpet was all torn out and replaced with black carpet everywhere. 6) One guest room was converted into a hair salon/massage room. 7) Weight room turned into a nightclub with a disco ball.&#xD;&#xA;Boozer freaked out and almost sued Prince, then Prince told him that he was using his crib as &#x201C;inspiration for my album, inspiration for my band.&#x201D; And Prince sent him money to calm him down and said not to worry, it&#x2019;d go back to normal at the end of the year, and that if it didn&#x2019;t look exactly as it was, he&#x2019;d let Boozer keep the money.

He was treated for a drug over does a few days before and was apparently on oxy which is what Michael Jackson was highly addicted to.  It comes out the doctors wanted to keep him but his staff said no he was going home.  Don&#x27;t know when people will drugs really are a dead end it is no joke.
