For me, the legality issue IS the ONLY issue in this thread.
Do I care what a bunch of degenerate punks in a gambling forum think of me? The answer is no.
What I do care about is the undeniable fact that individual liberties are constantly being eroded and nobody cares. From gun laws to profanity laws and everything in-between, citizens are being controlled by an ever increasing power hungry policing government and nobody seems to care.

disturbing the peace for sure...no knowledge of profanity laws in my state, much less yours. And in reality, the profanity law angle doesn't much matter here imo.

As a matter of fact, there are several states and municipalities that specifically have a law against "public profanity". This is to shut up the asshole that has no respect for himself or the woman and/or children within hearing range. I am certainly no prude and I do curse but not in public although I have done so about thirty years ago but have finally matured enough to refrain from that habit. If I had children or my wife was present and you were saying "Fuck" out loud I would have confronted you. You evidently have no class but good luck to you in your life.

Your community may have local laws pertaining to and prohibiting forms of disorderly conduct. Before you shoot your mouth off go to the town office and get a copy of local laws. I understand your question but not your intentions. Is it that you think you have the right to be offensive in public?
