I Think the reason why he does stuff like this is because in the rap/hip-hop world there is the idea of "flossing" (showing off)...

To evoke envy which results in a response calling "hating" or being a "hater"... the subconcious emotional reaction to feeling threatened which then results in put downs, attacking  and bad-mouthing...

Part of this is the race thing... thinking that a black man in New Orleans has the most expensive and fastest street car in the world... 

If it were some foreign billionaire or american corporate ceo then we can rest easy, but birdman does stuff like this because he knows it tweeks people slightly and unconsciously...

Just like how people get tweeked when they see a hot white woman with a black man...

Just like people get tweeked when they see an escalade in the ghetto,

Just like people get tweeked when an NBA player does what is best for himself, because he can.

Just like people get tweeked with a half black president...

And the response is always the same "Hating"

im sorry, that car may be fast, etc...but i think its attrocious looking.  gimme a 2011 corvette grand sport anyday.  and ill keep the 2 million leftover in my pocket. thanks.

The car is just a fantastic piece of engineering that's all

there are a lot more practical and better supercars out there to drive than the Veyron

I have tried to stay out of the whole Obama political issues, but now that I seen that he is backing for a Mosque to be at Ground Zero, I am pretty pissed.
