Risks using online sportsbooks in USA

Its been a long time since I have used online sportsbooks, well before poker black Friday.  From what I have read theres not a whole lot of risk of legal trouble, but I keep hearing about trouble from people getting paid.
If I were to use a sportsbooks from inside the US, which would people recommend.  My only consideration is getting paid winnings, I am alot less concerned with the offerings of different sites.  Are there any other dangers or risks I would want to know about?

If you are a small player Hetitage.com may be a good fit. Been with them for years and never any problems I limit deposits and withdrawals to $500. Pay and receive by MoneyGram and they will use the same receivers so it won't draw any attention. Bitcoin.and Pokerr room too. Hope that helps.

There is no risk if you stick to the top most well known sites or grab a local who pays !!!!!!!!!!

i have used multiples online sites and have never had an issue with any. 5dimes betdsi bovada gtbets nitrogen cloudbet and sportsbet
