Prostitution is already legal.  Oldest business on the planet.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;90% of women marry for prostitution, I&#x27;d imagine. prostitution is practically legal in atlanta too. &#xA0;police may arrest a few prostitutes a month, they spend a few hours in jail, have to pay a fine and get right back to it. &#xA0;other than a few hours and a few hundred dollars a year, the laws have no effect and prostitutes will be prostitutes. &#xA0;would you have it any other way?
