Any NFL game where the game is very competitive on the field, but the refs throw flags to keep the team they want to lose from gaining momentum and by throwing flags that give the team they want to win points or cheap first downs. How they get away with this is by penalizing the team that caught the breaks early, by flagging them late to even the penalty stats so it looks evenly officiated in the box score. The only problem by throwing these makeup flags late is that the team who gets screwed has already lost momentum and usually are losing by 7 to 10 points against the spread. A great example of this is the BAL/GB Monday Night Game, if you look at the stats GB had more penalties unfortunately they were late and not as crucial to the game as the ones called on the Ravens. Even though the Ravens had a chance in the 2nd half. the early penalties put the Ravens in too big a hole to come back from. Another example was the Minn/Cincy game Sunday, the refs called a penalty before half on Cincy which gave Minny 3 points before half, and didn;t review a fumble with seconds left in the half which also gave Minny 3 points, although that doesn't seem like much 6 free points and momentum was all that Minny needed to run over a dejected Cincy squad in the 2nd half.

Both teams go through with a 2-2 tie. Poorly fixed.
I tried to bet as much as 5 grands on the exact score 2-2 (usually pays between 10 and 15 to 1) and NO BOOKIE would take my bet, none online nor any street shops in London...

Not saying this game is fixed, but just last night, and you see it all the time, the nuggets are favored by 10 or 10.5, and up by 10 with 2 min left, Oak covered by one, but the problem is they called two timeouts, and the rest of the way continued to trade 2 points with Den. They made one 3 pt attempt and that was at the 29 sec mark down by 10. Wouldn't it seem logical to start jacking up 3's, you either hit em and get back in the game or you don't and you lose like you were suppose to lose anyway. To me it just seemed like they began to play for the spread.

Agree with you TyDarius about NBA teams playing for the spread at the end of games, it also happens a lot in college as well. If you go watch a high school game, the ending of those games never resemble the end of a lopsided game in college or pro basketball. When a high school team is getting blown out in the late stages the coaches let them run it out. It college and pro bball and a team is down 20 and the spread is 15 the amount of timeouts and maneuvering to get the score down is not consistant with basketball on any amateur level. I'm immune to it at this point just hope i'm on the right side of the game when the shenanagins start.

TUCK RULE TOM BRADY>>>Hands down biggest fuck job in my lifetime. Look where the 2 franchises have gone from there. Pats on to win multiple SB's since and Raiders to the leagues worst.
Might have been NFL's big F-Off to Al Davis......
1919 Blacksox would have to be my alltime vote
