GoldenGoose, let me guess---you were picked on a lot growing up and in high school. The kid who all the girls laughed at. Never played any organized sports in your life. Go take out your tampon out and grow a pair.

GG, you are on the wrong side of this one but like Wall points out, Ofc Wilson will still be on the wrong end of civil action

Also, I appreciate the police posters and the guy(Coin Toss) who qouted all the other police shootings ....where has Holder and BOH been  commenting on those cases..South TX police chief gunned down just the other day too

Oh wait... this is just the civil rights movement 50 years later

What about the future of every white policeman? Why would you want to be one now? Down here in Arlington, there is a group that follows cops to see what they are doing, especially when they make a contact with anyone...Phones filming everything....it's absolutely incredible how these folks are that close to interfering with them doing their jobs but it makes them be more professional and do things "by the book"..

And btw, did you catch that MO state senator who was qouting those riots were just a picnic if Wilson isn't indicted Fine behavior exhibited by a so called leader this is all a circus because "big sweet  Mike" wouldn't get his big ..as..s out of the middle of the street....

Police have way too much discretionary power.  It can cost an innocent suspect jail time and even life or death.  This is where the Police Unions are wrong because they protect the bad cops too.  There must be some way for the good cops to weed out the undesirables and destroy the "good ole boy network" that runs rampant in so many local communities.

what i find very strange is people generally have a poor opinion of government employees.  people hate obama and bush and find them both incompetent.  pretty much anyone paying attention knows congress is corrupt and incompetent.  the dmv is famous for being incompetent and not giving a garbage.  people understand just about any government agency is a disaster.  yet,m when it comes to the government agency that is the police, a group that probably has less oversight than any other i mentioned, these people believe everything they say and they are these great, honest, upstanding employees and if they tell us to do something, we need to do it because they are always right and if we don't and they arrest us or shoot us, then so be it.  i'll never understand that mindset.  then again, i'm not a government worshiping rightwinger either.

what i find very strange is people generally have a poor opinion of government employees.  people hate obama and bush and find them both incompetent.  pretty much anyone paying attention knows congress is corrupt and incompetent.  the dmv is famous for being incompetent and not giving a garbage.  people understand just about any government agency is a disaster.  yet,m when it comes to the government agency that is the police, a group that probably has less oversight than any other i mentioned, these people believe everything they say and they are these great, honest, upstanding employees and if they tell us to do something, we need to do it because they are always right and if we don't and they arrest us or shoot us, then so be it.  i'll never understand that mindset.  then again, i'm not a government worshiping rightwinger either.

Any group of people are capable of doing some f*cked up stuff even some unarmed teenagers ..

By posting the link about the actions of an Atlanta cop it looks like you have picked the side you believe is responsible ..maybe you can join the group of people who filed a suit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri last week ...The lawsuit seeks a total of $40 million on behalf of six plaintiffs alleging civil rights violations through arrests and police assaults with rubber bullets and tear gas.

Not sure it applies really. If you are doing something wrong and the cop asks/tells you to stop; just do what he says. What is the point in resisting, especially if you are in the wrong. It is not like he was trying to illegally arrest him or enter his house or make an unlawful arrest.
Also, even if the cop is wrong you have to be very careful, especially in various states, to what extent and how you 'resist'.
Of course, I understand there are arrogant cops, incompetent, power hungry or whatever.
For example, have you ever been in a situation where you really were doing something wrong and a cop asked you to stop---and you wanted to resist?  Or for that matter your teacher, your parent, or anyone in authority?  People are being raised to resist any correction. Just ridiculous that this escalated to this point---no matter who was at fault.

If you resist arrest, u should be shot. Back in the day if you stole, your hand got cut of, so they say. People  should start taking responsibility for their own actions. Like the guy in Walmart with the air rifle.  An air rifle can kill, with kids around and everything, you start acting like an animal with a weapon, you deserve to die.  Bottom line is everybody on this site, if your kid or you were in danger because of some stupid a$$, it's either kill or be killed..

It appears this thug is worth more dead to his family. So at least something good came out of it.

Goose, go make sure you donate to the cause.

    4. How the funds will be spent? The funds collected here will be used by the Brown family to cover funeral and burial expenses, travel and living expenses of the parents as they seek justice for their son, Michael Brown, Jr.

Yes, I believe they need 400k for travel and living expenses to seek justice.

What the hell are you rambling on about?? That's how they do things in Saudi Arabia. I just don't understand some of you Americans, You share the same philosophies with the very people you lecture the rest of the world as being bad and who you don't like yourself, Resisting arrest does not warrant being shot at, Jesus Christ.

    Crazy isn't it.

All these 2nd Amendment nuts screaming that they need weapons in case of governmental intrusion, yet suddenly resisting that governmental intrusion is a justification for death.

    Gotta love right wing hypocrisy.

hypocrisy?  what are you talking about.

    anyways

i support politicians who will allocate hundreds of billions of dollars each year to defense firms who suopply the government with state of the art weapons and equipment that apparently also go to local police departments.  but thank God for the second amendment because if the government gets out of line, i'll go get my AR-15 and blow them away.

the second amendment is a sacred right that allows us to rebel against government intrusion.  also, if black people don't do what the police tell them when they tell them, they should be shot.

Trusting most black men is like trusting a rattlesnake. I said most..not all. Most are thugs, don't work, live off women, do drugs, and contribute nothing good to society. How many blacks with American citizenship have joined ISIS? And that POS Holder will let them back in the US with no charges brought against them. Wake up White People...the great Race War is ready to blow and obama with Holder's help are stirring the pot. The good black man is out there, but he must be silent or the thugs will silence him.
