You ever consider that you may be the problem? How your past actions have affected what you claim used to be a "tight family."
Are you some Saint and haven done anything wrong? Or have you been through, I don't know, trouble with the law, drugs, women, drinking, GAMBLING, rehab, etc., that has affected your families opinion of you.

How old are you? Ask yourself this question and answer it honestly. Given all the good and bad your parents have done or haven't done, if they died tomorrow....how would you feel? Would you cry or be relieved? You are coming on this forum to vent, here others thoughts. I get it. Many of us have been in a similar spot at one time or another with our parents. Your mom and dad love and care about you more then you'll ever know. Perhaps over the years they have changed but perhaps you changed too! Maybe they wanted more for you or don't agree with your life path. Maybe they're frustrated with you and don't know how to get through to that thick head of yours.
