Who cares what an athlete has to say? This twitter phenomena has gone too far. All these clowns open themselves up for the masses. Of course as fans we are intrigued and happen to peak in. However, what I at least see, becomes more disgust for these athletes.

All I care about is what you do when you are in uniform on game day. What you don on your own free time is you business. You want to wear a hat of another team, go ahead. You want to go to the club and shoot yourself in the leg, that's fine. You want to win Olympic swimming medals and then get caught smoking out of a bong go ahead.

Its gone too far. Silence these clowns and focus solely on what they do on game day.

Had this been two white players commenting this way on a verdict where the defendant was black, I can promise you that we would be watching the reaction of black leaders all over TV right now with demands that the team take immediate disciplinary action.
