Having spent 70% of my lifetime here, I may as well be a native. But when you are on the road and there are thousands of late model Toyota's on the road being driven by the worst drivers on the planet, Haitian women, who do not abide by not only the rules but common courtesy of the roadways. Right of Way, Left lane for passing, cutting off, etc., The worst. Then they go to their jobs generally in the service sector and immediately bring the overall quality and experience down. Come visit our leading super market chain Publix and visit their deli. You will see what I mean.
