What to do in Pittsburgh?

Here's what you're going to do in Pittsburgh...

You are going to PNC Park, that is a must.  Before the game make sure you go down to the river walk along the allegheny river which PNC is built next to - that's your best view of the city other than Mt Washington - a good tourist thing to do would be to take the incline up to Mt Washington, maybe go to a nice restaurant overlooking the city up there.

During the game you have to check out the hall of fame club, it's a little gem that nobody really uses, it's tough to find.  Behind the left field bleachers you'll see big open windows, that's the HOF club.  To get there go up the rotunda behind the left field foul pole, at the second level you'll see the team memorobilia store - go through there to get to the hall of fame club.  You'll see hostesses standing at the entrance because it's a restaurant, but walk past them and through the restaurant and go straight to the outdoor patio and mixed drinks bar... there'll be a pretty fine girl working the bar if its open, and she will hook you up, when all the alcohol is $7.50 a pop you might as well get a good dose of liquor

For drinking you absolutely will have to go to East Carson St. in the south side.... just hop around, you can't go wrong.  I think its kind of funny that someone mentioned Casey's, because I've always felt like Casey's was kind of a shithole, but it is a fun shithole.... and Camel promoters are always there if you smoke.  Carson Shitty can be pretty fun... they all can be pretty fun I guess, bounce around.

If you get a drinking night #2 go to station square in the north shore.  Pittsburgh is a pretty small city, you can easily get around to south side, station square, and mt washington in a night if you want to.

When you wake up hung over you must, I'll say it again, you MUST go to pamela's diner in Oakland (just outside of the city, Pitt's campus).  IMO Primanti Bros is over-rated, but its probably a good thing to say you tried when you were in Pittsburgh I guess.  You can always get it at PNC Park, I actually like them better at PNC, their coleslaw doesn't seem to be as vinegary and shitty, at PNC it tastes like... coleslaw.

Detox and misfit have never been to Pittsburgh and still think it's a smoggy shithole town.  It's not Chicago or New York, but Pittsburgh is a beautiful little city with just enough good things to do to catch most of them in a vacation.  misfit_aka, aren't you from fucking Arkansas dude?  You seem like one miserable, miserable dude every time you post, just fyi.  I feel like you are unstable and you're about to snap and just lose it pretty soon, just from hearing what you post.  Get some therapy or something.
