That car is golden nowadays in the largely Mex population down here.

It has some serious balls (340....can't even hold the tires when you slam 2nd gear.....it's a 4 speed), but I bought a lemon.  I looked for over a year and just got worn down.  I tend to be a chevy guy, but I seem to get stuck with mopars when all is said and done.

1987 Alfa Romeo Milano, bought it for $3,500 in 92' with 53k miles on it. Dad scolded me for not getting a reliable car like Honda or Toyota... the funny thing is after a few hours behind the wheel he didn't want to give me back the keys. I guess banging out a couple of upshifts at 4000 rpm one can forgive a multitude of sins

MIne was an 82 cutlass supreme brougham.  Had royal blue velour real velour not the fake stuff. and power couch like seats that probably weighed 2000lbs. 

Hot boxed that fuggin thing like amillion times and it would get crystally on the seats.  It had a 4.4 liter v8 with over 260k on it and really lived up to the name "gutless cutlass" My dad gave it to me for getting my diploma and I had to replace the engine shortly after.  So I always bug him about giveing me a car with no engine but it was actually a pretty pimpin ride.

Bought it for $5K from a family member. 

Crashed it a year later and got $12K from insurance.
