I would consider myself a conservative gambler. Money mgmt is pretty good, don't play too many games in 1 day, a grind it out type of player.
I am currently on a 0-11-1 streak over the last week or so. My push was on tennis, my guy was a bout to close out the 3rd set but his opponent retired nullifying the bet. I guess sh!t like that happens when you're cold.
So lets hear it fellas, any of you got me beat?
And for those of you who are going to ask, I will be posting my plays in this thread for some solid gold fade material

The 4 digit number which I play about once a month in the Florida Lottery Play 4 has hit in exact order only once since 1991. There are 2 drawings per day. Imagine if I played it twice a day, every day. Do some math and think about that.

That's cool Getty..what number? if you don't mind ?Fl lottery went to dual draws Mid-08..I guess that would be roughly 10650 draws vs odds of 10000-1 to come in straight..
$.50 straight play/ -$5325 only pays $2500..
I hit 7668 in 95 and quit playing it-came in again in 00 and 02 with quite a few boxes..of course have given it all back and plenty more..I pound 497 once in awhile and try that to avoid any tax issues.GL

Wow such a 'common' number with no dupes..has to be ready for a repeat though I know the rules..My first guess would have been a 3 digit deal..something like 0001 etc. Thanks for the reply.

Ummmmm.... Ok
Blackhawks -170 to win 300
I know laying juice while in a slump is never a good idea, but I have a dime on the Hawks for the series so the Captain might as well go down with the ship

In that case, a series of small bets on the Lightning for the next few games would make better financial sense than pressing your Hawks series bet with an individual bet at bad odds in game 4.

scalabrine- books have different rules as far as a player retiring during a match in tennis. Some books 1 set has to be completed, most books 2 sets have to be completed, and books like my local the entire match must be completed for action. It goes both ways, I've been on the otherside and got bailed out

Thanks James

Had a prop bet going with another guy. It was fun, $1 a win, 25 cents a homer, $5 for the first team to win in extra innings, etc... The previous year we broke even. Then in 1988 I wound up paying his buy in for the season on a Vegas football contest because of the 21 straight losses.

Wow.
If my player quits or an opponent quits on me, the same rules that apply in boxing or MMA should apply. It is an outright forfeit. But like you said, the books will be the books and tell you how it goes.

I believe that O's losing streak is still an American league record Coin Toss. My wife is from Baltimore and her Father once told me back in the early 1900's the Baltimore Terapins held the record for 26 or so straight losses in the federal league
Well my streak is over finally with that Hawks W last night, of course it didnt come easy.
Lets hear some more stories and I'll try to get on a hot streak now
