I will start - only eat breakfast on my non work days but i sure enjoy making my own...Hate going out of breakfast - they always seem to fck something up - normally the eggs.
Dads Garlic Onion Bacon Bagel:
We got a great bagel shop in town with awesome onion bagels - really flavorable and loaded with garlic...Important to have the egg yolk runny(sprinkle some Lawrys on) - toss on a couple slices of cheese...Put on 4 or 5 slices of thick cut good bacon - not that cheap fatty piss..Lately instead of ketchup i have been topping her off with some Frenchs mustard.
I keep things pretty simple - im anxious to here some breakfast experts chime in on some stuff

Not trying to bash the thread by any means but I am not a breakfast person whatsoever. And if I do eat it I go pretty simple with turkey bacon, toast w/ butter, and scrambled eggs w/ cheese. Nothing special but like I said I am not a breakfast person and typically have fruit or oatmeal every day.

If I cook its eggs over easy with toast and sausage or bacon, my GF is the breakfast specialist. Spicy chicken omlet with salsa and sour cream, or eggs benedict are my favs

When I do, I make scrambled eggs (not cooked too long. That keeps them soft instead of rubbery). Then I put the eggs on a croissant with ham, cheese and jalapeno peppers. These cheese will naturally melt because of the heat from the eggs. That is good.

Drank til I purged last night... woke up with a mean hangover.
1 vicodin, 1 20oz coffee, 1 puff, 1 steak, and 1 omelette later I felt great.
Threw the steak on the grill @ 600 degrees, went upstairs and beat a few eggs and put them in a pan, back down just in time to flip the steak and turn it to medium, went upstairs to flip & fill the omelette (peppers, cheese, and some leftover grilled asparagus), back down to the grill just in time for it to be tender, medium to medium-rare, back upstairs just in time for the omelette to come off.
I usually couldn't make a bowl of cereal and peel a banana at once, so I was pretty happy with the timing.
Monday through Friday my breakfast is plain greek yogurt w/ a couple of strawberries and some granola thrown in. Maybe plain oatmeal if I'm feeling wild.

I myself go french toast with bacon. Center cut bacon, microwaved with that bacon-wave thing or whatever it's called. Cooks in like 5 mins and the fat drips right off, nice and crispy.

I make this thing called a bbq breakie bowl. Cook up some large cube potatoes throw them in the bottom of a big bow. Fry up whatever kind of veggies you like green peppers onions whatever then to with bbq sauce. On top of that cook up hamburger or sausage or whatever you want and throw that on top of the veggies and sauce on top of that throw on some sonny side up eggwhites. It's a hearty breakfast of champions.

Grill or pan fry till it crisps up,cut a few slits into it and it will stay flat. Great with a fried egg and any kind of cheese on a bagel, roll or toast. If you like bacon/breakfast sausage, you have a new meat in the rotation..It's F'n good.

If it's available in your grocery store---try Pork Roll / Taylor Ham,it goes by different names..New Jersey/NorthEast breakfast staple.
If you have a Jersey Mikes sub shop franchise in your area, they probably have it for sale also...A+++++ Subs btw..
