Had an uncle that past away on Dec 30th.  84 years old and stroked in his driveway while fetching the mail.  I said to my wifey, "Lucky fukking basstard died in peace without any woman biatching at him".  Well, haven't heard the end of than going on two days now.

so mom is 80 yo today. dad died on her birthday of 2013 from prostate cancer and his birthday is jan 13. so he died on 1/1/13. weird how numbers work.

my sister went to her in laws on Xmas day this year and took my mom. around 20 ppl there and low and behold guess what happened?

all got covid. my bro in laws 62 y o sister died last week from it. Mom seems fine but sis is bad. they live in the same house on Long Island and i'm in Vegas.

Then you have people who still think it is their right to act poorly and use the constitution to excuse idiotic behavior. Logic of some in this country is severely lacking and it seems the only path to comprehension is pain and tragedy. I dont get it myself but there are many out there and in this forum who take the actions of precaution and safety as a removal of their rights. Its bizarre, reckless and insane.

California full lockdown and mask has more beds filled with covid patients than Florida and Texas combined. Florida has a ZERO lockdown.

Masks do not make the difference unless your fitted properly with the surgical N95.Even then,  If one covid symptomatic person sneezes or coughs in your face probably won't end well. 

Use good judgement for your fellow Americans as we all do but the govt cannot mandate face coverings. Refer to United States Constitution. 

Social distancing is the most important, masks are borderline useless. The virus is thriving in large indoor one room family dwellings here in California because that's how they live. 6 people in one room and everybody goes in different directions during the day. The masks are useless when they return home and spread. 

So unless the constitution tells you to make smart decisions you cannot make them? Great logic rickey...seriously.

You are from the Northeast right? Are you one of those kind that scream in your house when the gov of the state issues a stay home alert from a massive snow storm because that is against your rights from the constitution?

Wearing masks is not removing your civil liberties and a mandate is not outside of the constitution, in fact the government role is to ensure the safety and protection of the citizens and it doesnt matter if you think masks are not effective. You are not in the position to make the decisions, so if you are enraged on the mandate go and get elected and you can make decisions that impact others than yourself. Are you also one of those crazies who wont live in an HOA because it controls your decisions?

Wear the stupid mask and move on with your life, quit wasting valuable seconds feeding into the goofy conspiracy garbage from the GOP, its OK if you have to wear a mask, it is OK that you were forced to wear seat belts, it is OK that you have restrictions on some things. Think of others more than if the item bugs you. Masks DO work if YOU wear it properly and others do the same but if nothing else why be against something that obviously can and does have impact?

I know people who have died from this, it isnt some made up media hocus pocus, it is not a liberty grab it is not a vote grab it is not some anti-GOP conspiracy...those are talking points you hear from other conspiracy junkies.
