they let the fish go caught and realeased everyone i saw...
i think its a waste fish and chips go great with shark.

I worked on the docks in portland once upon a time,

we processed sharks by the totes, English took the bottom flat fillet
and the bodies cat food company took the guts and skins and the japanese bought the fins.

we blood lined them and took away where they piss through their skin
the meat was not badtasted like haddock with grizzle.

we called them dog fish, but they are described as bull sharks.

we processed all kinds of seafood, any big shark were turned into steaks. Mako ,tiger whites were worth big money in meat it all became mako shark steaks at cozy harbor in Portland.

the big fish worth a fortune were tuna. but we didnt get them they were bought packed in ice whole and shipped via airplane to tokyo,
as were urchin row and shrimp tails on... for take out sushi bars.

I did try oyesters on the half shell at jays oyester bar one was enough felt like i swallowed a huge snot....
