had the northwestern(+7.5) game w/ navy/nd over on 2 game parlay and a&r and then was tossed in a 6 game parlay i do  weekly with my friend during college football season only loss on the 6 game parlay

Had a couple of bad beats, but how about the opposite of a bad beat??

A few weeks ago in NFL (Week 14) I had a 7-game Teaser and the final game was NE/Chi - the one in the snow. Had the Under 43.5 and Chicago scored a TD to make it 36-7 with 8:42 left in the 3rd Quarter. The rest of the 3rd and 4th went scoreless, despite NE having the ball in field goal range 3 times in the 4th Q but went for it every time on 4th down cuz it was snowing pretty good then, and the Bears had that final drive where they got inside the 15 and had time for 3 or 4 throws to the endzone, and got picked off on the 2nd attempt.

Couldn't believe it.. that was the best (opposite) bad beat I had this year.

PENN STATE today,,,up 6 2:00 minutes left driving for a go ahead score...spread penn st plus 7 and what do you know pick 6 to ruin my afternoon...also had NY Giants when they gave up 28 points to philly in the final 7 and half minutes of the fourth quarter to squander a 31 to 10 lead only to have D Jackson run back that punt as time expired, that was just as bad

I've had more bad beats this year than in the first 9 years of the decade.  Way too many to count.  One of those crazy years.

Also a few weeks ago I had the over on the Penn State and Michigan State game and that schmuck missed the extra point or it was a botched snap thus making me lose by a 1/2 point....sigh. But oh well, it was a good all around year for me in the NFL.


That one still pisses me off.  Talk about a back door win.  You actually want to win the game, kick a field goal and do an onside kick as a last gasp attempt.  Fischer seemed to be padding his retirement account on that one

Still yet to find one worse 3 years on.

This is a very bad beat but with all due respect why would you ever bet on this?
