Would you rather move to Los Angeles or Las Vegas?

Currently living in Los Angeles, but wondering which would be the best move...it seems like the economy is coming back in both places now.

If you had to make a choice, which would you choose and why?

Vegas for legal sportsbooks of course.

On second thought if youve got a reliable local in LA which Im sure there are thousands of Id just stay put. The weather in vegas sucks. Cold in the winter hot as fuck in summer. Stayed in huntington beach for like 6 months many years ago and loved it.

I would consider Vegas over LA any day. LA is too crowded, because of the population naturally there is more violence, the city along with the state is dead broke, there is more pollution there than Vegas, being in an earthquake prone region like LA , it is always on your mind that you hope the big earthquake doesn't happen as long as you're there. Homes are much more expensive in LA than in Vegas. Gambling is legal in Vegas as far as sports books. I believe the cost of living in LA is a tad higher than Vegas and the last thing I can come up with is that there is no State Income tax that you have to file in Vegas only Federal Income tax you have to file.

But of course LA has better weather conditions than Vegas. In Vegas it's either really cold or really hot!!

All things being equal I’d rather live in Vegas.

Las Vegas.. sportsbook and tourists that is something that I like..

Los Angeles.. dispensaries and the beach..

Beaches, perfect weather, getting to laugh at Kobe's dumb ass.

The casinos are a gimmick after a while, there is always online or local books and you are already in LA so you prolly have a local.

Unless you really, really like the Grand Canyon, no question LA!!

i've been to both places and would choose vegas. i think you can find a beautiful home at a resonable price, plenty of jobs with all the gaming and hotels. i found cali to be very congested.

I'd stay by the ocean. If you don't like LA give San Diego or San Francisco a try.

do you actually live in the city of los angeles, if so which part, if not where in socal do you live ? if anyone has ever been to socal it makes all of the differnce in the world as to where you live, a diff of 2-5 miles can be the diff between slum and ocean front propoerty
