I always liked Jeopardy. Even though it's still on I used to watch it back in the early 90's.

As a kid I used to like Joker's Wild.

I remember that guy but I forgot about him. The host I remember was Wink Martindale.

Joker's Wild was great, also was a big fan of Card Sharks but I made my first wager when I was four years old so that;s pretty obvious.

But above all was Press Your Luck.....that was until Michael Larson found the algorithm and the show was gone forever. They attempted a new version twenty years later and it was crap. Man did I love this show.

There's also a full documentary on the guy. Turns out he was someone who was always looking for loopholes in life to make money, this was his best one though.

It also had one of the all time worst answers ever.

I had to have my dad explain what this meant but when he did I couldn't stop laughing.

Jeopardy isn't an 'ol school game show!

That's like saying the Celtics are an 'ol school NBA franchise.

Jeopardy first aired in 1964. Match Game first aired in 1962.

Is ole school defined as 1962 and prior?

 Jeopardy...........my Mom got on it back in the early 70's when Art Fleming was the host. Back then single Jeopardy questions were $10-$50........double was $20-$100 (RIP Mom )

10k/25k/100k Pyramid.  person Clark was boss and there is no drama in all of game shows like the winner's circle.  Studio gets dark, super quiet, the drone of the clock, the clack of the pyramid tiles, "here is your first subject.... GO" etc.  Great stuff.  person Clark was a true American treasure.

Match Game was absolutely a riot and so much fun.

The original Double Dare with Alex Trebek.  It had a short run but was probably the best game to play along with.  Very underrated.

And in an oddball choice, I loved Sale of the Century.
