Considering all the planning, funding, and training of the terrorist pilots took place during the latter half of the Clinton administration, it is way more likely that Clinton is behind 9/11 then GWB (for the record I think it was neither).

It was GWB when handed classifed info stating OBL determined to attack U.S.soil told the messenger "ok you have covered your behind" then chose to do nothing.

Sure, that really happened just like that. What about Clinton, he was told many times that Bin Laden was dangerous and a threat to the U.S.   The most he did was throw a couple tomahawks at a few empty tents.  Submit
