Meadowlands Racetrack complaint

Went to the Meadowlands track last week and was told that they require masks be worn again. The state of NJ does not have a governor mandate in place except for schools. I will not return because it’s not fun to wear masks while betting horses. The fact of the matter is masks are useless against this virus. If masks work Covid would be gone already because from March of 2020 to December 2020 we couldn’t go anywhere without wearing a mask. People need to wake-up that this virus was created as a weapon and will be around for at least another five to ten years. Hopefully I’m wrong about this and everyone can call me an A..hole for even suggesting it. I’ll be happy to take the criticism and admit I was wrong. Good Luck to all and be safe.

Not to be a turd....but Meadowlands isnt exactly Saratoga or Del Mar where the ambience of the track is enticing.

Personally, I only attend races in the summer at my hometown tracks Delaware Park and Harrington and will wear the mask if so required as my enjoyment of watching live racing at that time of the year supercedes any mandate being put on me.

Just get or use your online account and play through that. You can get your program and all that online too and not have to deal with it.

Just put a mask on for a few hours and play the horses. Not a big deal.  Of course this virus will be around for a few years.  It keeps mutating. Vaccinate everyone and maybe we have a chance.  GL to all. 

Gotta have an online account IMO. They give you all the data you need with access to replays which are essential for capping IMO.

You can have  buddies over & play online while having some cold ones & munchies & a bathroom feet away.
