This one's just for old time Covers horse players.  In the eighth race at CD today I really didn't like any of the maidens but I picked the 2 because as Mikey and others know I fight a fetish for second time starters.  Then I thought about Daneish who used to pick the best trainer in a maiden race and wheel them up and down.  Long story short--Dale Romans sends out the one at 26-1 and I put the old Daneish wheel on him and the two.  The one wins a photo over the two and the exacta pays 212 dollars.  Not a million dollar story but a trick I learned from an old Covers buddy.  God bless you Daneish wherever you are.

Shouldn't the picks B4 the race?

Posting a winner you now say you had is kinda weak!

Nice Tyger and I learned alot from daneish he was my most respected here   now Danno is coming up the ranks super fast but then u have this gambler guy who wants to put everyone down if u look at his philly longshot post from last week i gave out more money in three races then he did in all races I THINK I AM CONFIDENT TO SAY THAT GAMBLER315 HAS NO FRIENDS IN REAL LIFE CUZ NOTHING I KNOW OF HIM HERE IS POSITIVE   he is the covers scrooge and really has awful 4 horses everyrace

$212 dollars is not the pick six. Plus the amount for the ticket. I certainly belive it. Plus was paying homage to an old friend. Nice job Tyger.

I agree with you, Mikey.  Thanks, Tyger.  To the writer of Post #2.  Get lost.

Tyger, how do you think LSU will do?  They need a QB.  Ole Miss is playing better but I don't think they will beat the line.  I will probably just watch.

AP-Both LSU and Ole MIss have been Jekyll and Hyde teams this season.  I think the Tigers' defense will play well but the offense is in total disarray.  Houston Nutt seems to have Miles's number so I won't be taking the 4 points.  I will be pulling my heart out for Jordan Jefferson or George Jefferson or whoever they play at quarterback.  Go to Hell Ole MIss.

I know this isn't the forum to do it, but TYGER and AP1 are big SEC guys.....here's my question:

Can 'Bama beat the Gators.

Think the Tide will beat Chatanooga and FLA can get by FLA Intl'?

I think Bama is the best team in the country. Have watched almost every game. They do tend to shoot themselves in the foot. Lot of dropped passes, mental mistakes. But if they don`t beat themselves they are solid. Looking forward to this as my game of the year. Lets wait for a line but like Bama.

I just don't know, I will be pulling for Alabama.  I think Florida will be a 3-4 point favorite, maybe more.  I will bet AL and hope for the best.

I think Alabama can do it. Even my Crimson Tide freinds who are Alabama grads think they'll win this tme!

hi tygermyke  i am a friend of daniesh i read covers racing form when i get  a chance. nice of you to think of daneish. he is still hanging in there but not doing good. he would be very happy for you and very happy you wheel the hores

sorry wanted to say more.thats the way danish played. i can tell you he play what he posted. thanks mikeyp1 for that responce. i wish daneish was better i miss  and i know you guys miss him to. loved to listen to him about his picks and loved to read his information on covers.if he was able he would thank all of you. god bless him  and god luck to all
