Your opinions please.....If it rains prior to race time and the track is drying out by race time, who moves up especially f the surface is cuppy?

I Think it favors the speed horses and not the pace horses. So far closers have not benefited much. Churchill track seals nicely and dries out fast.

They did a lot of work on the Track . that track handles water well Speed is looking good which usually happens on big race days
