2yo firster for Tom Amoss (who has done very well with 2yo's this summer) has been keeping some nice company in the mornings, beginning back in May when he worked with TAKE THE BACKROADS, who ran second by a length at Saratoga on July 21. Next up, KEVIN'S FOLLY worked with KNEESNHIPS, who won at Ellis Park on July 4. Following those drills, KEVIN'S FOLLY moved to Churchill and worked with MICROBIOME, who won for us at Saratoga on Opening Day (July 15). A couple of weeks later, KEVIN'S FOLLY moved to Saratoga and worked with PIPELINE GIRL, who had already won at Churchill back on June 25. In fact, I was able to find some video of that drill (where KEVIN'S FOLLY appeared best of the pair):
Also note that KEVIN'S FOLLY is being ridden by Tyler Gaffalione, who was aboard both MICROBIOME and TAKE THE BACKROADS in their good Saratoga starts. Expecting a good run here.
Saratoga - Race 6
#2 NYQUEST NIX (10/1 ml)
Expensive yearling purchase for Mark Casse worked from the gate on June 25 at Churchill with ROSY DAWN, who came out of that drill to win a turf sprint by open lengths at Ellis Park on July 18. Most recently, NYQUEST NIX worked over the Saratoga turf course with older 3yo allowance horse EARTH STRIKE, who was last seen running a close fourth at Belmont (beaten less than a length) in a 1 1/16th turf allowance on June 25 at Belmont (final time 1:41.54). Figures to run well here at the big price.

I apologize for not posting this here earlier, as KEVIN'S FOLLY has already won the opener @ 7/1 odds. I gave it out on my Twitter feed this morning though, so hopefully some of you got it there: https://twitter.com/MaidenFocus/status/1421496515491557387
Here's the stretch run. Impressive performance by the 2yo first-time starter. Was buried inside but had plenty left, squeezed thru on rail and drew away.
