Hey man, good luck with all your picks. I went to the Off Track at Arlington to put my plays in and put $20 to win on the 11 in race 5 at Santa Anita and came home to see he was scratched. Is the ticket then a refund or do I go to the post time favorite?

Is it different for different tracks? Because this happened to me before at Aqueduct and I went to get my refund and the cashier told me it was a loss because the ticket went to the post time favorite
