The latest news out of the world of Bitcoin is not surprising. Gerald Cotton, CEO of QuardigaCX, passed away while on a missionary trip in India with the only passwords to his companies 190M in Bitcoin IN HIS HEAD! The password that went "poof" leaves over 115,000 crypto Bitcoin owners as sad sack losers of their entire investment.
No one else had access to the passwords?
Rumors abound that the CEO faked his death. Either way, investors will be left broke. Meanwhile, Bitcoin continues its decent down to $3,300.
The moral of this story? DON'T BUY BITCOIN! I warned everyone at 10k and sounded the alarm bells at 20K before everything went to hell.
