Hope you guys all enjoyed the Superbowl, made $500 on the Saints +4.5 .  Capped off a great weekend of college hoops.. back to the Forex grind.

I'm looking over EUR/USD.  I'm really thinking this is going to rally, the 4 hour chart has flattened out.  I am reading the posts over at dailyfx and a poster (by the name of cmellon) made alot of sense.  He believes the EUR has been oversold, and looking at the chart, perhaps he is right.  I'm liking what I see, of course this is before the USM opens.  I might get my ass kicked, but I know buck is long EUR/USD.  So I'm opening a long position:

EUR/USD long at 1.3634

Stop loss set at 1.3582.  If it breaks this, I really will be done fading the USD

I'm leaving this open, because I think we can see a substantial bounce here, and I want to get as many pips as I can.  I'll be keeping an eye on it. 

Let's get this week started right.

Well, this was GREAT timing!  Really bouncing!  Let's see if it continues, up 15 pips in the matter of a minute!

Forex.com changed the layout again and i had problems for several hours trying to get on but i got it now...

Ice i do like cmellons posts...check out his blog

I dont see much i like right now ill be on and off here keeping strange hrs again this week

I liquidated my EUR/USD position, with 30 pips in bank.  Looks like EUR is going down again.  I will look to go LONG if it hits key support numbers at 1.3626 or thereabouts.

Yeah not much i want to mess with right now...i see a cross or two out there but i dont trade those pairs..Eu/CAD for example...just gonna sit here and wait for one of my pairs to show me something

Im out of SGD with small profit after one average...it dipped on the cross shot up and dipped again so i jumped out not risking being stuck for several more days...and that pair has shitty leverage so that will be my last trade of that pair...

Ice i noticed yesterday that the FX guy had a daily strategy to buy  EUR/$ and his entry was at 1.3690s and he bought 2 more lots in the 3650 to lower his average so hes cleaning up right now

So the guy averaged down 2 lots after an initial 1 after a 40 pip drop?

Yikes..

So I guess this USM and currency move is due to the rumor about the Greek bailout..

yeah he had it planned out too b4 he bought to average only down 40 and had a stop only 40 more behind that...

Based on the corrective bounce in the risk markets I referred to on CNBC Fast Money - NASDAQ on Friday, I am going long EURUSD with hesitation for a corrective bounce only at current levels. I am long 2 units 1.3696 with bids for 2 more units at 1.3650, stops for all 4 units at 1.3615. I am leaving the upside targets in, but they are subject to change at any time as this 3-wave correction could be shorter than expected. On CNBC Fast Money at 12:45 PM EST today.....................thats his post from yesterday

Do you guys have links for the sites/forums you participate?

I think that stop is too tight, how can he try to survive having a 80 pip stop buying 4 lots?

The EU and LB pairs are bubbling right now...

Spike keeps going..

I am getting close to back even on that Lb trade..sell order in at 144 but might adjust to 143..which would mean quite a few pips.

You guys mention some other guy and his trades, thats not the same forum is it?

in and out of CHF on a sell already...EU/$ up means $/CHF is gonna drop...got me 25 pips in less than 10 mins

i mstill down a chunk here Wall....most think we see the low 1.30s soon maybe even 1.26....but the dollar has to pullback soon ,i just hope its enough to get me out...

I know Ice like mataf[sp?]site...i try not to trade on what somebody else thinks...i surf looking for those who the way i do about pairs....but it doesnt matter ill trade a cross if i think itll work even if most dont

I am the same way completely..in fact I enjoy observing others calls and watch how they play out and WHY they make the calls etc if anything at all.

Something tells me they are trying to heat up the USM here..that Greece news really kicked the markets in gear and kicked the USD to the curb quickly.

Daily FX ,  Forex360, fxstreet, and a few others all have twitter feeds.  I have gotten tweet deck and set up an account for only tracking forex/ markets,  when they post a tweet, it pops up. I also have wall st. journal, bloomberg, etc. on there.

Some people pay big bucks for services like this, but if you have spare time it is worth it to set it up.

sold AUD/USD .87817...going for 25 here.........crossing on the 2hr...looks like 89 will offer resis if it keeps running against me so no worries ill average if need be

I thought you didnt go short on a -DI cross?

Very congested on the 1 hr chart..looks like a top formation and it is right at the top of that big candlestick down on the 4th...
