buck,

Might as well make a new thread and see if we can get some action going. I was hoping for a few more days of USD weakness so I could pounce on the EU or the AU short, but they didnt even push it down more than a day.

I should have held that EU short and not been looking for an exit so quick, now down to 1.28 and below, I was short over 1.40 last year.

rick, I held in there but waiting out the AU and EU took a LONG time..way long and I need to get back into the swing again. After sitting and waiting I stopped actively hunting and need to return to that frame of mind now.

still pluggin away but im a day trader. i just look for 50-100 pips a day with a standard or two.

Rick i too was in a holding pattern and exited early...if you can say that after the time held lol

I got my laptop back had to get a new MT4 setup the old one would connect to server for some reason...still searching for all my indicators

I like a long Eu position here..actually jumped in earlier but didnt have time to post right then looking for 1.2740...limit set ill check in shortly

I'm going to try a SS at 1.2750, the issues arent going away and the debt spreads on Euro countries are widening..I think she goes down more.

Yeah she could very well drop more...I just liked the setup on 4hr and daily chart..ill b back home shortly will take a look at the charts and see if I like anything

Just got in Aud/USD1.0294 
Looks like those China Reports were favorable.

Might get back in if the 1.0314 area proves to be a new support.

I am not buying this ramp job..China trying at all costs to prop their markets while the real indicators are red flagging a slow down.

Alcoa had a mediocre quarter off dramatically low expectations, I see no reason for the bump in commodities.

This market move is so phony..but on light volume they can keep ignoring everything else and prop her up for a while I suppose.

China is a tricky business. 

I think that most are skeptical, and the numbers alone did not indicate growth to me.  Definitely not enough to carry over into the AUD, but it is moving the market .  Their import growth is at a two year low. 

This could spur a serious dip in our own economy.

Well the wager is on what the USM and Europe does, go with what you think happens there and your Forex trade will follow.

I am seeking 100 pips on this EU short..

i changed my avatar using my phone and now i keep getting error message and cant post from it???i made sure i was on m.covers.com sent an email hoping to get some help on this...that cheers post was sent from my mobile but it doesnt say it was???

I jumped in a shrt of EU/LB just over 83....limit set for 82.70

Misfits do a search for Andrew Spanton he has a daily webcast and allows people to trade in a room with him on Fridays...but he goes overs the days events and if nothing else it fun to listen to him rant on things

Guess i shoulda waited for that short but this move is making it look that much better on the 4hr and daily...i might add a lot here is she keeps running but im not worried about it just yet..

man tons of great setups last night. was like a kid in a candy store. snagged 150 off EURUSD, 75 off AUDUSD, 85 off USDCHF and 80 off GBPUSD

Makes 75 on one and 200 on the other.
