High Risk High Reward .. inside

Big Poo...Nice job getting back in SHMP @.09...Nice double in less than 10 days...Lots to look forward to in the year or so...With the added investment& credit line made available to SHMP i think it may run back to the .40's before the eoy..here's a few things i'm looking forward to within the next 12 mos or less....

1) the Norway study to determine the validity of the company claims of harvesting seafood w/o toxins& disease for a very "clean" and sustainable seafood.

2) the partnership with Hanilu Farms on a 5 yr. agreement// to reduce the mortality& feed rate while increasing the grow  rate..

3)Possible partnership w/Tru Shrimp (a subsidiary of Ralco)...On their $50M project recently put on HOLD due to environmental/polluted water concerns which i believe SHMP will be able to eliminate..

4) International expansion starting with sister company in Spain...

5) domestic expansion into Vegas, NY, CHI, SF etc..as well as licensing technology to small mom& pop aguaculture farmers...

6) A deal with a Whole Foods/ Wegman's to sell in their markets since BOTH have been to visit site in Texas facility.

Just looking like SHMP can/will be able to move forward & make $$$ in the year ahead...with several ways to capitalize on their patent & partnership w/Hydrenesis Inc.

According to the former CEO it's like getting in on  the  ground floor of cell phone industry before everyone had a phone in their pocket...imagine buying AAPL / QCOM (with their patents& their technology)back 20 yrs ago....SHMP will help feed 5 billion people worldwide with their sustainable method of  technology...

Naysayers gonna say NO REVS & plenty of dilution ...which is correct (for now) i'm taking a long view approach (3-5 yrs out) ...does Uber/ Lyft/ Tesla nearly all the cannabis stocks make money? NO... people are betting by 2022 cannabis industry will be a several  billion $$ industry...People have to eat & aquaculture is sure to be a source of our food production in the coming years since our oceans are not healthy and much of the fish/seafood are contaminated due to dumping and other man made causes....

Only invest what you can afford so u can sleep at night w/o worrying about the ups& downs of SHMP...i'm sure there will be plenty highs& lows like we've seen in the past 6-7 mos....but if u can look 3-5 yrs out SHMP will either be outta biz or a major plyr in the aquaculture revolution..good luck to all....

With such a high percentage of individual stocks at new 52 week and multi-year highs, it's in the nooks and crannies where explosive profits might be found. I'm still not sold on SHMP because they have ZERO cash on the books and are being forced into raising more cash on a monthly basis. Their debt is like an out of control forest fire with no end in sight. The stock is a candidate for bankruptcy, shareholder dilution, as well as another handful of negatives for the stockholder. That said, IF this company can survive the next 5 years, there is a chance here to make some money here. To put it simply, this is a race between how long it will take them to turn profitable vs. bankruptcy. 

For me, this stock seems like a shot in the dark. Maybe a 200-1 shot. Bankruptcy is the heavy favorite right now in my eyes.

It might be worth a flier, but I just can't do it. 

BigPoo...Haven't got any pennies..gonna stick with SHMP for now...The news is NOT out yet but i believe within the next 2 weeks SHMP will have at least 2 partnership agreements in place with companies in Australia...looking like a cut of 25% per deal...don't know how much revenue this will create but revenue none the less..also have heard they already have sold a few hand held  units which can be used to detect bacteria in existing tanks with possibly more sales on the way ..as far as expansion into several markets eg. Vegas/ SEA//NY/LA/ MN...looking more & more like may not happen til late 2020 into 2021...The $1M they've rec'd for shares are currently being used to expand the facility in TX... With the larvae set back they had in Aug. 2019 im expecting the most recent harvest to be complete by end of April '20...and hopefully the company plans to attend the AquaFarming Convention being held in early Feb. 2020 in Hawaii... I'm looking for big things to start happening in 2020 for SHMP....2020 will be a big year for the company no doubt about it ...let's see if SHMP can be a DISTRUPTOR to the Aquaculture industry with toxic FREE shrimp...BOLTA

Hey guys, I don't pretend to have all of the answers when it comes to investing but I can offer this bit of wisdom. When you are analyzing a stock, pull up the charts. Pull up the max chart for as long as the company has been traded.

If what you find is a downward sloping chart that looks like a ski mountain ending at the lodge at the bottom of the mountain, run for the hills. Buying stocks with charts like these don't pay off in the long run.

SHMP has made a NICE run up from the last 2 yrs...Progress in the last year or so is as follows:

1) A partnership w/ Ecoponex ( a green tech Co.) which plans on building a plant & split proceeds ( 51% for SHMP )

2) Harvest of shrimp is less than 8 wks from completion

3) Partnership w/ Hydrenesis with LOI to purchase the co. 

4) Buyout of Vero Blue facility for $10M ( was valued @$40M in bankruptcy)

5) Appt. of Peter Najarian to advisory board

6) Completion of inspection by Texas Parks & Wildlife on their patented commercially operational RAS system

7) successful transfer of shrimp from nursery to grow out tanks 

8) Waiting for possible govt funding in near future ( Gov. of Iowa (Reynolds) was at facility a few wks ago to visit plant which should be up and running by eoy..since SHMP is a GREEN TECH co. with it's RAS system 

9) even with Covid  pandemic SHMP has been able to continue operations

10) I  feel in the future it's the licensing of the technology that will make the co. $$ along with the sale of shrimp...

Keep an eye on ROOT Jun18'21 $15 call. Its actually medium risk very high reward than high risk high reward.

Same guy who tipped MVIS $15 call tipped this when the contract was 40 cents. Its still under $1. Today it was available for 55 cents. 500 to 1000% potential gains in the next 2 weeks.
