I hope it does sink. At the beginning of Jan I went to 65% cash. I think flush-out is imminent.

I have only been in the game for about 10 years and I have only been fully managing my own investments for 3 years (first 7yrs I was a sucker with Investors Group).

After 2008/09 I was so dejected that I just played it ultra-safe and use my extra investment money (other than RRSP/RESPs) to make additional mortgage payments . Of course I would have been way better off buying/holding some of the cheap stocks I had (LVS and F for just over $2 ). I am sure everyone has a similar story.

I am looking forward to some bargains after the market bleeds out.

sold my NUGT too early, bought it a hair under and sold all at $28 recently, a couple days too early it seems heh heh... ever since the BOJ announced it was going to go full NIRP-tard, gold has rallied and the S&P has declined. Added to my miners with the house's $$$
