Wall...do you bother with any of the exotic currencies?  That USD/ZAR has been on a bull run since the start of the year and still trending upward.

Buck...

Do you use the Aroon Up/Down indicator in conjunction with your DMI?  I was noticing that the location of the Aroon cross helps compliment the DMI cross AND confirm the trend directions.  Do you have any feedback on that thought?  Thanks

Coondawg,

I try to steer clear of big spreads, not sure how wide the spread is on that one..I stick to the mains usually..so the EU or the AU or the Lb.yen etc etc.

Next entry on the EU will be 100 higher, at 1.3625, not saying it gets there today of course.

person i havent tried that,ill take a look..above is a look at my MT4 setup i like its a Eu/US 4hr chart..as you can see its ripe for a sell and Wall is spot on for an entry..i wasnt around to see market close or the posts from you guys but a sell order first thing Sunday looks good to me

you guys seem to be very knowlegable about all this market stuff. I dont want to ruin any of your great work . I have some questions though. first when you are making buys and sells or what ever are you able to follow the price all day? I mean i work crazy hours how would i know if it was time to sell and what kind of time lines would i have not to miss the best time to buy or sell? thanks Ill try to follow along and learn

you can open a practice account at forex.com or any other forex site. just google a couple. also you should go to www.babypips.com and do the babypips school to get a good base to start with before trading

Gotcha..you have a better starting spot than I do.

I think we get our 100 (or whatever you are targeting) with little problem.

Rev it depends on the size of your account and the number of lots being traded...not sure what the price of a pip is now in a mini...open a standard practice account with 50k...what company are you looking at trading with?

I would say the over too..

But if my limit hits at 1.3525 then I wont be too miserable about it.

Honestly, how far did you think the pair could move today?

I was thinking that the sentiment today would be take the chips off the table and the short play would have momentum going into the weekend.  But it turns out the majority is sticking with the long side. The dollar is cheap these days.  And everyone is going TA. But then that wasn't much of a move considering the impact the news should have had.  Oh well, just another 100 pip day I guess...

It would be a 325 pip trade..

The first lot would return 100, the second would return 225.
