Nice work.

This employment number tossed everything, all over the place.

LB.US went up over 100 pips in 10 min, back down 100 plus just as quick.

Long LB at 1.6115

Sell order in at 1.6151

Wow..

USD smoking this morning..huge move.

My long LB is getting smoked, even though I waited a while during that drop.

from forex insider saying potential head and shoulders on eur/usd... drop below 1.4070 could see 1.3800 and chances for significant more drop today.  ichimoku cloud target also 1.3800 area as well

Sorry guys i didnt check the thread after my last post yesterday....
 
Pop Vegas was awesome so was Davemy wife has family out there,i think thats where we will end up here soon...my buddy just went out on Tue hes going to play in one of the World Series events....a guy he plays poker with won a small event last year and a woman that plays local tourneys finished 6th in another...i want to play in one sooooo bad...maybe next year
 
How about JPYi owe FXinsider a drink or two
 
I dont like anything chart wise,glad im in JPY cause i woulda for sure tried to sell a few of these USD pairs as most looked as though they were ghoing to have DMI crosses to the down side then BOOM

I was listening to Bloomberg around today and they are saying that the USD is stronger because the FED might raise rates and that job loss is slowing, so maybe we are past the worst.

And yeah I like Stern..not with the crude crap but when he has good conversation about whatever..

Yeah Stern show is crude at times...and its not something id let my son listen to but i have to say some of the stuff just cracks me up...theres a prank call where they have a guy who stutters talking to a deaf guy through an operator and it kills me evrey time its on...funny funny stuff...he also put other programs on...Johns political show is a riot and the Riley Martin show is always good for a few laughs...

I think all the US pairs will reverse this week..

I have an order in for a long AUD but I missed it by 5 pips earlier, at .7925

UJ closed last week by bursting through a down trend line established from 4/6/09. Having close at the end of the week above 98.00, I will be wathching for UJ to restest the trendline and the 98.00 psyche level. If 98.00 holds, UJ could potentially be heading toward to retest the 101.45 level. Of course, the 100.00 pscyche level could also prove to be a tough level to get through.

Welcome yxy,

A test of 100 for the US.Yen would be impressive. I am not sold on the USD keeping going higher, but then the moves that happen seem to baffle me pretty regularly.

Currently, there are reports out there that the market is speculating the Fed might be raising interest rate sooner then expected, due to the latest string of positive datas. Possible reason why the dollar is strenghthening. What I also found amusing is that the dollars went into super sonic mode at the same time Tim Geithner made his visit to China, to addressed the Chinese concern of the weak dollars. Intervention?

So tell me this..

How will the holders of current debt feel when if the FED raises rates fast and the intrinsic value of the notes and bonds hits the skids?

I dont think the FED raises rates quickly..unemployment is too high and the economy is too soft to be raising rates.

jsut got out of a mixture of USD crosses for about 100pips total.  i am now short eur/jpy in at about 136.5 and set my SL at the most recent high (i think about 138.4)

I sold it yesterday only got 30 pips but the ADX DMI cross was good...looks like USD/CAD is gonna pop up here,i coulda got in earlier but i held off...now 50 pips later it still looks good so ill give it a shot here 1.1044
