Tired of seeing commercial so I watched it. Interesting and informative, but its still a sales pitch to buy dudes shit.

Was curious what the asset was in step 3 he said all the wealthy people own and is cheap. Anyone know?

He is talking about selling put options in step 3.
 The guy was fined over a million dollars in 2007 for fraud.
 However is Aug of 2011 he said Unicredit the Italian bank would be the next bank to fail. it was selling at 10 dollars Euro then. This past Friday it was almost cut in half and closed somewhere around 4 euro.. Take it for whats it worth..
