Oh and I love seeing Goldman making fresh 52 week lows today, just another 50% haircut and we might be talking..

  let me ask a question here on those 7 lots.  you had a 25 pip gain on that short. But the spread, for me anyways, would be 7 pips for each lot, 7lots x 7pips=49pips in spread cost. so was that actually a -24pip trade when covering ??  or am I way off here

 

I think Wall has said he only has a 2-3 pip spread on gbp/yen with his broker. but at forex.com and most others its around 7 mostly.

 I think they probably operate exactly as you suggested...why not? They have gone from "long term greedy" to short term burn artists.

They do have bigger probs, the Chinese are after them now ....

iron thats with the spread of 7 pips included. its 25 pips net.  i tried opening an account with delta but they never got back to me. over 1 freaking week i even called, said to hell with it, if its this hard to open an account i dont wanna see what its like to withdrawl money from it.

i should look around for other brokers though im sure theirs some in the usa that offer lower spreads. 2-3 pips spreads on gbp/yen would be a huge advantage for me becuase i trade that pair the most.

That would be a great entry to me..in fact I will place that order right now.

Vermeer, I really think ole Lloyd is going to get the axe with this constant mess, which isnt enough but is likely as to why they keep selling it off day in and out..

I am liking the long, I have Been long since last Friday,  Hit a big gap on Monday, and has been ranging for the beginning of this week, It has just broken a key Fibonacci level, and closed a 4 hr chart above it.

I averaged around 1.1895  so I am barely profitable now, and believe me this trade has been a nightmare. 

After all this work, and stress it better hit that 1.2200 level before this weekend.

Man you are fighting the whale with a EU long..wow.

How many lots you have on that one?

One of my best trades EVER was long the Lb.Yen and being down a gazillion, when it worked out the large number of lots turned it into a monster winning trade.

I wish I had hope for that trade, but geez I see PAR on that pair eventually.

Just one lot now,

I had two,  after averaging pretty close to the low,

I dumped one lot and took like 22ish pips profit

I think it is going to range between 1.21 and 1.22 for the rest of the week, and beginning of next week.  I think we have seen the bottom.

going to dabble in Cad again here...closed the other trade for +44 yesterday as it got to within 2 or 3 pips of my limit several times but never took me out...

Man theres alot of stuff out here i like.Im gonna have to go over these charts now.

todays headline for finace should just say dow up 275 pts because people think its oversold, no real reason why it went up. 


exports and imports rose 48% in china in may.... big fucking whoop-tee-dooo.  if they rally the euro here it will get killed and im joining the firesquad real soon.

For how brutal those sales numbers were I am shocked that they are buying back the markets so quickly, lets see what the consumer numbers are in 20 minutes..

Didnt have a great week but ill take it..so many trades to choose from last few days but i had shit going on with some crazy people..its all good though ill make up for it next week

This week was manical, even today was crazy..down 70, up 50, down 50 and up to end the day.

The US.CD had a move of 300 pips in total with these waves, that is out of control.

Theres more danger trading forex but it offers more profits as well,not to mention forex market is open 24hrs a day 5 days a week...once you learn to read the charts the technicals are the same in both markets..
