Has any US resident attempted to make a withdrawal using Optionrally? If you read the fine print it says for any 1st time withdrawals it needs documents asking for proof of residence, picture id, and a bill or statement showing address in your name. I want to know in case so I don't get any money or winnings stuck in their account and have them refuse to wire transfer it back because I was a US resident.

Yes. You were already told people completed the whole cycle of registration, depositing and withdrawing and also read that including the first time withdrawal requests - as long as the deposit was made through wire transfer and all your details are known already.
There's nothing wrong being cautious with your money .

Expiry time is a very important information and mistakes in that regard are can prove very dramatic. According to my calculations (your trading position was posted at 11:36 AM EST (time post) and therefore there is a 7 hours difference between where you are (I assume Cyprus by your own saying) and the expiry should have been 15:00 or 3:00 PM EST. Please be precise the next time as even if this time no harm was done (or all the harm was same anyway as your trading position lost) - that is a very important parameter.
