I had over 9 wins as well 2 months ago and confirmed my email and address have NOT received my hat as well.  This is the SECOND TIME this has happened!!!!!!

When i won a contest they have my pay of prize shipped, processed same day Transferred same day and mailed out same day .Hope it worked out for ya...

In the last 7 years I've won 3 major prizes and a hat.  Started when it was wagerline and now is covers.  Have allways gotten my prizes, although one time I had to wait about 8 weeks.  Most of the time it's 4 to 6 weeks.  The last prize I won was the hat.  Very nice, I wear it most ot the time because this is the best free sports betting site on the internet.

We send out emails whenever a prize is won and we need a reply to this email before sending the prize.

These emails can sometimes find their way into junk mail folders, so please keep an eye out there.
