I buy from chance all the time, very reliable, excellent stuff,  and if the delivery guy is late just call his call center in india and they page chance immediately to rectify matter.

i was in vegas a month ago all you have to do is walk behind someone who looks like they would know and say weed loud enough for them to hear, they are a lot of people on the strip looking for tourists who need some green, wasn't the greatest but it did the trick and never failed for me

Just bring some with. I carry weed on me or in my luggage everywhere I fly. True story, me and a group of friends were flying back from Amsterdam to Dublin and one my boys accidentally left a joint in his pack of cigarettes and carried it right in his shirt pocket. We laughed our ass off when we discovered it later.
