Fairly unimpressed with Bally's, Harrahs, and the Flamingo.
Anybody else have favorites, or one's to avoid? Just trying to see what I can work into the rotation for my next trip.
Best buffet if price don't matter: M Resort
Best buffet if price matters: Main Street Station
Don't care for Fitzgeralds, had them for lunch, very blah.
Orleans dinner buffet was blah also.

If you want a really good meal and don't mind eating early, here's the play. Sunday through Thursday get to the Bellagio around 3:30 pm to 3:45 pm. They'll be a line because if you get to the register and pay by 4 pm, you get the lunch price which is about 20 bucks. After 4 pm it's the dinner price of about 30 bucks. The feature at this buffet is the crab legs. They're fantastic and already split for you.
