Really, I think I'm going to go, but not for the corpulent eye candy.
Actually, the guy who is Sisters of Mercy (not a "real" band, but one guy who happens to use a band name, much like Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails) hates being classified as "goth", and really, the music has little to do with the culture, but he/they had some good output in the late 80s.
None of you has probably heard of him/them, but here's his/their best known song "This Corrosion".
