nobody here at covers.  this site is mostly college kids and amatures.  there are a few serious players.  i don&#x27;t consider myself a pro but i am a player.  i will make 25 to 50 $1000 to $2000 plays during the course of a NBA/NCAA basketball season.  my regular plays are $200 to $500

I wager approximatly $400-$500 a day.  I got into offshore books 8 years ago and have taken my beatings learning the ropes.  I have carved out a good nich gambling on baseball/basketball/football.   My goal is to one day tender my resignation at my current post and work out of my home offfice wagering on ball games!!  Luckily I have a job that has enough flexability to get a few hours a day to study the card, stats, trends, etc.   I agree with degenerate that most of the payers in the forum are not pro&#x27;s but if you follow things a few guys will stand out as serious players.

Sure coudn&#x27;t tell ya, but thats my goal.  Ingredients are a large bankroll, flat betting, consistent winning percentage, discipline to stick with your betting format, and only betting sports you know well...

[/Quote]I consider a professional to be someone that wagers on sports as their source of income. For some its $300 per play and for others its $3,000 per play, it all depends on what your goal is and what you have to work with. My wagers start from $500 and go to $5,000 depending on the sport.
