I live in Texas where it is legal to own a slot machine as long as your not using it for commercial use.I have an IGT " 10 X Pay (mfg. in 1995) machine and have a 3100 code and both candle lights are flashing.I have pulled the hopper out to check for any jammed quarters and have turned off the machine from inside the machine to try and reset it and still not working.I refilled the hopper with about fifty dollars.Does anybody have any knowledge about slot machines and what issue(s)my machine has and how to get it back up and running? These coin payout slot machines are being changed out by the casinos for ticket machines and you can find them for sale on ebay and craigslist for between $300 to $700 .... just be sure your in a state where it's legal to own them. One last thing ..... these machines are very heavy (200lbs +) so don't get the idea that your going to move it by yourself !
