Hit up vegas last weekend and just wanted to share some thoughts about the books:
Venetian
mid-sized sportsbook with plenty of seating and three huge screens along with tons of small TVs for all the games. they're generous with drink tickets and as long as you place a bet they'll toss you a couple of tickets. the actually hotel/casino is very nice. Not much as far as lines though, just your basic 1H/2H, but no props or anything like that.
Palazzo
This is a brand-new hotel that is part of the Venetian. They have a downstairs sportsbook but it is extremely small and has no seating. very basic lines. pretty much you place your games at palazzo and walk over to venetian to watch
Planet hollywood
Smaller seating area with a decent amount of TVs. They run promos (ex. you got a free baseball for betting the twins-sox ESPN game) if you're into that. Not a great place to watch games, but did have more lines than just halves.
Caesar
I didn't actually have a chance to hang out in this book but I took a good look while i was in line for PURE. Definately one of the bigger books in vegas. Probably a little overrated, but still theres tons of places to sit and tons of TVs.
Hard Rock
this place is like a closet. Pretty weak as far as books go. some high tables to sit and some other chairs, but that's about it. Don't waste your time.
