whats the clubs and prices like on that weekend????
There's a very old saying in retail.......
IF YOU HAVE TO ASK THE PRICE, YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT!!
No bashing intended; BUT, I have a really hard time trying to understand how someone can "quantify their enjoyment"...in other words, trying to gauge how much money is "too much money" just to have fun...AND, especially in a town like Las Vegas.
The reason that Vegas is such a great place to take some time off from work/school/whatever is that you can enjoy this town at all difference "price levels"....If, however, you are worried about $$$ before the fact, then nothing here may make you happy.
There was a guy in another thread complaining about The Wynn not being what he thought it would be...comps and all. His expectations where greater than his ability to pay for his enjoyment. Perhaps if he had stayed and played at a place a notch lower...like The Palms....he might have gotten more "bang for his buck" (in his opinion) and been much happier with his experience in Vegas.
I regularly meet people who are very wealthy and always enjoy their stay here....the amenities, shopping, dining...even the gambling. Those that have to watch their wallets before even coming here usually end up only partially satisfied with their time here....and have no idea why it wasn't a better vacation.
