I appreciate your post NC,  .....there is no connection between a SSN and a cashout under $10K.....I am hardpressed to believe that John Avello has someone at the Wynn in a supervisory position that does not know the Title 31 regulations....

A Manager will/can ask for ID for any payout/bet over 5K, the bettor may/can refuse....and there is never a problem. Over $10K, the book should refuse to pay out the bet if the bettor does not provide identification, which is a federal law....not city or state.

I have never seen/heard of any book asking for SSN under $10K in a payout...UNLESS, they have concrete evidence that the bettor has cashed out during a 24-hour period that would put the bettor over $10K as a total....

Mr "Pulled Clear" seems to have a problem with something......I was just offering the truth ......feel free to contact the NGC (Nevada Gaming Commission) for clarification

AS FOR WHAT THEY COULD HAVE DONE, TELL ME THEY WANT ME TO BET A LOW LIMIT OR NOT BET THERE.

IF A CUSTOMER SAYS DO NOT COLLECT MY SSN AND ID, THEY SHOULD LISTEN!  IT WAS NOT 10K NOT EVEN CLOSE!
