I'd stay away from the Teed/Adams fight. Adams should get the W, but too much juice for me.
Griffin -195, Mitchell has only fought once since 2016 and against a record of 4-10. Griffin has fought tougher competition and is more active.
Heinisch -450
Mayes +280, value pick, has fought better competition and has more experience. One of his losses is to disqualification. Has fought in LFA, HFC, and VFC.
Roberts/Gross stay away. Roberts should get the W, but gross has the experience if Robert's doesnt get a quick finish.
